Rum and citrus (especially orange) just go so well together! If you like rum and oj, then you love this more fancy big brother.
To make the spiced orange daiquiri cocktail you’ll need some El Dorado spiced rum, orange peel, Cointreau, orange bitters, sugar, fresh lime and orange juice in the following proportions:
Spiced Orange Rum Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 1oz (30ml) of El Dorado Spiced Rum
- 1oz (30ml) Cointreau
- 1.5oz (45ml) fresh orange juice
- Juice of half a fresh lime
- 1tsp raw sugar
- Dash of orang bitters
- Orange zest
Preparation:
Add liquid ingredients and sugar into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the orange zest to garnish.

I enjoyed the first one responsibly but I have to say that after a couple more they tasted even better and I was enjoying them most irresponsibily!! A very enjoyable tipple, and you cant stop at one!
